Zen Ha Kenpo SyllabusWhat will I learn?What you will learn will depend on your age; there are 3 classes that teach different aspects of jujitsu depending on the body's mental or physical development. The little Warriors' syllabus focuses a lot more on mental development (teaching social ethics, awareness, etiquette, discipline & learning strategy), compared to the adult syllabus which contains a lot more focus on human anatomy, physical techniques & martial art sciences (including Shiatsu, Acupuncture & Ki energy cultivation). Journey to BlackbeltTo progress in the Solent Martial Arts Academies, you will follow a training program governed by a syllabus (downloadable from the news site: Syllabus). The syllabi contain all the techniques and knowledge that you should posses to progress to your next grade. A master-class is held every 3 months where you will have the chance to prove that you have fulfilled the grade requirements for a graduation. Your first adult Zen Ha Kenpo syllabus is the "White to Black Belt" syllabus where a coloured belt is obtained upon completion of a grade. The grading system for the first syllabus is as follows:
All Shihan Martin Rogers' courses are taught in a friendly social manner with professional teaching practices. All coaches are C.R.B. checked and contain a coaching qualification recognised by the National Governing Body in Jujitsu.
